One of our main providers has been experiencing issues in one of their Nuremberg data centres, where some of our services are hosted

We regret to inform you that due to an unexpected cooling issue at our Nuremberg Data Center,
- Some servers may not be reachable
- placing new order is not possible
- accessing Customer Control Panel is not possible
- Object Storage in the EU may not be reachable
our technicians are actively addressing. We regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter.

All the major components are now back online and we can confirm that all the services are fully operational

Even if our ISP did not confirm the resolution we've seen our hosts restarted and all the websites are slowly coming back online
Same scenario for our email server that seems to be running

As Starase we're still monitoring the evolving situation

The majority of the affected servers are back online. Our internal systems such as Customer Control Panel and Support Center are also available. Our team continues to work on bringing the remaining servers to the full functionality.
As Starase we are still impacted by this huge amount of downtime and we are in contact with the ISP to have an ETA
We will be running a new check in the next few hours
The cooling system is now restored, and they are working to bring all servers back online soon.
